Mallorcan adventure with an all ladies crew

This trip was one for in the books!
Everything came together. Shooting the spring summer collection in autumn can be changeling weather wise.
But we nailed it, made beautiful images, had great fun and laughs. Happy client, happy crew is a happy me.

In between all the “we have to shots” , we tried something new
Something a bit out of the client’s comfort-zone.
An all new denim campaign… Its nice to flow and show the client that sometimes change is for the better ;-)

Lian

One of my favorite models to work with is the lovely Lian Schreuder. I think we work together for the past 16 years.
First me as a make-up artist and now as a photographer.

I love her face and her passion for our industry.
Always on it, always energy and she is an amazing producer, art-director and a creative by heart.

Mi Piace

This winter we shot the Spring Summer collection of Mi Piace at the Zuidermeer Fabriek in the North of Holland.
A great old factory, with rough walls and polished floors.
Or just some stairs…that do not end anywhere.
Magical!!!

Model Manon Molenaar who I know and work with for about 16 or maybe even 17 years. And for instance Sjarde Kirioma the hair & make-up artist used to be my assistant 10 years ago (when I was a hair & makeup artist myself :-)

Living my dream life

I have been working for the UK brand Bella di Notte for 5 years. Started as a hair & make-up artist, then after finishing the photography academy in Amsterdam Susan let me shoot the stills for the website and catalogue.

She loved my personal shoots about the collarbone and skin, therefor she gave me the trust and opportunity to shoot some lingerie for the brand.

And the last 2 years I am also shooting the fashion pages in the catalogue and website. It is a dream come true to shoot in Capetown on location with an amazing professional team.

Body

My friend and I were at a beautiful photography exposition in the summer of 2023. Were we got inspired big time and my friend said to me…I would love to have a picture of my body , as I am still young, beautiful and in shape..

And so we had a lovely morning in her living room.
Using see-thru cloth, a van for wind and just one lamp.

And now her beautiful body is captured forever and frame for life

Julie in Paris

We shot this serie on a wet, rainy, cloudy…… ok very grey Wednesday in December in the city Alkmaar. Pretending to be in Paris….

I believe we pulled it off :-)
